As I looked down at my Granddaughter sitting on the floor, I couldn't help but wonder, would she have the same exchange with her Mother in ten years. I love this movie. It did not say she had any flags but by my own experiences, I feel she probably did but let her emotions rule her rather than caution. The story line is supported by great music that makes you want to dance along.

(I am old fashioned so do not believe sleeping with someone to be appropriate for children but those are my views) I do not know how these movies are rated in this day and age. And boy, do I miss Robert Pastorelli every time I watch this movie...so sad about him, what a talent. The first time I watched it with my Daughter, I remember thinking that "Michael" was so sexy when he got out on the dance floor, and began that sexy swagger to, Chain of Fools. Just too cute. A must see! Super film don;t miss this one. I feared that Nora Ephron's angel movie, Michael… John Travolta plays a hard-living, promiscuous angel living on Earth who is investigated by two tabloid journalists who eventually learn from him the true meaning of love. It was well-cast & played, and has a story and music that just stays in your heart. Didn't really buy the romance between Andie McDowell's and William Hurt's characters, but I love the Michael storyline and John Travolta did a really excellent job in this film ("...I invented standing in line..."). Michael is a 1996 American fantasy film directed by Nora Ephron.
